PrestiValore

A finance company’s social media

Project

Basic infos

The Client

Financial PrestiValore is a relatively new financial company in the Turin area that, four years after its founding, is now trying to move from “home business” to a full-fledged business.

The Objective

I initially found Marketing for a finance company to be complex: finding a way to communicate in an interesting way to the customers on social media, breaking away from the usual fiscalisms, was a key element of the task.

Project

Conclusions

It was important for PrestiValore to maintain a professional image, but nonetheless we tried to break away from the classic aseptic display of other financials, trying to inspire viewers to empathize with the best “post-loan” situation, versus simply “showing” the product. Beyond that, it was also important to come up with content that any followers might want to follow.

Emotions: stronger than the product

For the Facebook Ads campaigns, as with other social content, as anticipated, my idea was to get the customer to focus on what they could get through the loan, and imagine themselves in the future situation after it. People, on average, respond better to emotions than to simple product-related numbers and percentages.

Family financial education

Another piece of content I had thought of was a column dedicated to family financial education: lectures to explain the basic concepts of personal finance to less informed people, with notions that they could apply to everyday life, such as managing a budget.

Writing a newsletter

Also for PrestiValore, it was my job to write all the articles, from an SEO perspective, published on the website. Each month I was also responsible for editing and sending out the newsletter, with the main news of the month just past, and sending it to all subscribers on the list.

Other projects

One of the clients whose social media aspect I have taken care of the most is definitely Vason. From drafting the editorial calendar to designing and creating content for the social channels.
MeLaSpasso definitely needed a new image, and, the image of a travel agency, is really important to convey to possible customers a sense of adventure and reliability.
